Horse Day Erin will be your one stop horse shop, Saturday June 8 in Erin Village.  This event includes something for all ages.  Horse Day Erin begins with a Cowboy Breakfast at 8 am, followed a full day of exciting shows, over 35 vendors and exhibitors, food and fun!  The event takes place at the Erin Fairgrounds, and is a fund-raiser for Erin Agricultural Society’s building accessibility project.

The feature attraction starts at noon with the entertaining Team K-9 Dog Agility, followed by Tom Bishop’s Trick Riding and four-horse bareback ‘roman’ riding.  The noon show wraps up with Alberta Cowboy, David Cowley with his horse, Tucker.  Cowley is best known for his annual ride up the Calgary Tower (with his horse) to open the Stampede.  David Cowley is only horse and rider team known to have crossed the glass bridge in Jasper National Park.
