YogaHorse is a great way to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.

Destress in nature and experience a connection with the horses.

-No riding or previous horse experience required.

-YogaHorse is suitable for ages 16 and older.


YogaHorse includes yoga (standing/seated or on the mat) outside  in the round pen, in a field with horses.

It may include a mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises and is then followed by a horse interaction called equine experiential learning.

-All activities take place outdoors.
